About 8 months ago converting GTM recordings to mp4 or wmv happened as soon as the GTM finished. Now they take forever. I recently converted a GTM session and it took over 2 hours. When I called support I was told that I needed to resolve this on my own by finding the previous executable file and downloading it. That was very poor support! Any suggestions on how I can get back to having my recordings converted as soon as the meeting is over? Thanks.

I apologize for the frustration. With a previous release we trialed automatically converting recordings as the meeting was in progress unfortunately, not all of our customers computers had the resources to support this which resulted in some lost recordings. We removed this feature and returned to the previous method of converting local recordings after the meeting has ended, in order to prevent anymore customers losing their valuable recordings. The time it takes to Convert local recordings varies based on: length of the recording, how many screen changes are made during the meeting and the computer's resources. At this time I do not have any inforamation regarding if or when the automatic conversion feature may be reinstated.
Have you tired our Cloud based recording feature? Cloud recordings include shared webcams and the conversion does not tie up your computer and is faster.
