Go to Webinar Certificate - What constitutes watched to received certificate

A previous post asked the question but the thread did not contact the answer so let me rephrase the question with possible answers.

What is the trigger for a user to receive the certificate?

-logged into the webinar

- attended 75% of webinar or ther number

- made it to the end of the webinar

- filled out survey - was the previous ask to trigger cert

- other please explain

Hi Jason,

GoToWebinar Certificates are currently set to send out to all Attendees. There is no minimum or maximum attendance level to activate this feature.

* GoToWebinar Certificates are not sent to absentees, and have no relateion to Surveys.
