Recently my GotoTraining underwent an update to 8.32.0 Build 9167 on (Windows 7) and this is has resulted in two changes to behavior which I can only describe as a bug. Looking to see if there is a resolution (before I have a chance to engage support separately.) Mind you, I use GoToTraining daily for years for training purposes.
All issues affecting organizer.
Issue 1: The Audio pane no longer displays who is speaking (I have to keep certain panes minimized for screen real-estate purposes), but keeping the audio pane expanded no longer lists who is currently speaking.
Issue 2: And this one is more important. When I pause the presenter screen, instead of showing what I previously had on screen it will display a blank screen anytime I have a Citrix Receiver/XenDesktop session maximized on the presenter monitor. What previously happened, I would pause screen to show a powerpoint slide. Students would still see it, while I switch to the receiver to do remote lab stuff. Students would still see the paused ppt screen. What happens now: I pause screen on ppt; students see it. If I maximize the receiver on the presenter screen, the "pause" now displays a gray screen. I have to move the receiver to a second monitor; unpause and repause on the slide or else I 'break' what gototraining displays to users while paused.
Both issues only seemed to affect me recently after an update.
