Auto Scrolling and un-editable webcam view size

I manage a team of 15 trainers all using GoTo Training on a daily basis. We work of HP ProBooks with Windows 7 Pro. We are having intermitate issues with 8.32.0 Build 9167.

1- Some users chat boxes are not autoscrolling

2- Some users cannot adjust the size of the webcame feed. They like to see what the webcam is showing but can't have it take up too much space on their monitor....

These are issues that have just showed up in the last week or two.

I am a new manager and have not worked with GoTo support before. But I always use community support outside of work as the best place to get answers! Thanks

@MichaelTomb Normally an entire account would be upgraded at one time.

Have you noticed any change between the different GoToMeeting builds behavior?

If not, I would next see if there are any driver updates for one affected PC by going directly to the manufacturer website to confirm the product ID or registration code (they usually have an automated process for this). I don't have any other reports of this behavior at this time, so we should troubleshoot the environment as thoroughly as possible first.

@AshC Our internal IT deparment has access to Admin login. I can get them involved but I want to ask something first.

Right now some of our devices are on the current build (8.33.0 9250) while others are on (8.32.0 9167). I have checked the team members settings and they have auto update on. He have also restarted and logged in and out numerous time with no trigger to the udpate.

Is there anyway, we as users can push our goto to update?
