I have been using GoToTraining throughout July and August - the first billing period that I have paid was July 1st - August 1st. However, the second billing period is only August 1st - August 24th, rather than until September 1st as I expected. I do not plan to hold more trainings after August 30th, and I see that billing was (unsuccessfully) attempted after August 24th.
My question is: Why am I due to pay another bill if I have only used the platform for two months, and paid for two months? Can someone correct this second billing period so that subsequent attempts to charge my card are not made.
