Hi, we often record video calls between two people on GTT. We like to use these recordings in training videos so want them to look as good as possible.
In the recordings, most of the time the two people on the call are displayed side by side in exactly the same size boxes, roughly 4:3 aspect ratio, which is fine and looks good. See screen grab 1.
But sometimes one box is more of a 16:9 aspect ratio, next to the other that is still 4:3. This happened in a recording of a call I was on recently, and it was my box that was 16:9. I work on a Mac Book Pro Retina Display and recently updated to OS High Sierra. I am wondering if this could be the issue because before I updated the box I appeared in on previous recordings was 4:3.
Does anyone know? Is there any way we can make it so that the boxes are always both the 4:3 shape as that would look better in our videos.
