can somebody explain please why on of our webinar records lost the sound during the webinar? I spent 30 mins with someone from your company on the phone without any answer and solution...
Also I would like to ask if it is possible to add one field into registration process of the new webinar.
There is now "First Name", "Last Name", "Email" and we would need to add "Office/ Sales Rep".
