Hello,

can somebody explain please why on of our webinar records lost the sound during the webinar? I spent 30 mins with someone from your company on the phone without any answer and solution...

Also I would like to ask if it is possible to add one field into registration process of the new webinar.

There is now "First Name", "Last Name", "Email" and we would need to add "Office/ Sales Rep".

I am not sure what you mean by sharing a Recording Link.

@liberty_itg If the audio was lost on your GoToWebinar recording, and there are no other copies to check, I'm afraid we cannot recover the missing data.

If you are not sharing a Recording Link, then you can customize your upcoming GoToWebinar schedule, requiring whatever answers you like on each individual webinar's registration web page.

** Recordings only require First, Last Name and Email address by default. These cannot be customized at this time.

Hello,

During the live broadcast everything was working. When I downloaded the video record from the system, it was a few minutes fine and suddenly the sound disappeared.

Can you please check the video record and let me know if there's any chance to gain the record of the webinar with the sound?

I have one more question to the registration process for a new webinar. Can you please add one more field on the registration page? So there will be:

First name

Last name

Office/ Sales Rep

Were you connected by phone or microphone at the time?

Were you able to reproduce the issue after the end of your webinar?

Was everyone dropped from the audio, or just yourself?
