Library space

Hi all,

I'm new to the community. We've just started using GoToTraining, and held our first pilot test last week. We recorded the session, which was 1 hour and ended up being a bit over 800MB.

The library storage capacity is only 2GB, so as soon as we have a 3rd similar size training recording we want to store and publish, we will reach that maximum.

Paying for a Pro-license, I feel 2GB is a very small amount of online storage space. Can someone confirm if this is really so restricted or can it be expanded?

@holzlaufen Hi Erik,

With GoToTraining subscriptions there is currently a 2GB limit per Organizer on the plan. For those organizations that wish to increase this limit, they may contact our sales group for an offline quote: https://www.gotomeeting.com/training/contact-sales

Also, you can download recordings that you no longer need published online in order to make space in your GoToTraining My Recordings account section.
