I cannot find registration report on catalog registration.
When I generated registration report, it says there is none but I know someone registered and watched. I even received email.
Thank you. Considering catalog can contain so many different recordings, getting one report for a catalog should be necessary.
@afctraining Right-- GoToTraining doesn't have a 'Catalog Registration Report' right now, but we can leave this post up as an enhancement idea for future product development.
So I can check by each recording only not by catalog?
@afctraining It sounds like you may have added a GoToTraining Recording to your public Catalog? If this is the case, you will find those registrants listed as a number under the Views column within the My Recordings section of your online account. Clicking on the number itself will show you a list of participants.
