Hi,
We tend to use webcast webinars because it does not requrie attendees to install any applications (the majority of our audience connect from locked-down IT enviroments that don't allow software to be installed) but the big drawback of this is they can't use their phone systems to connect.
I recently ran some testing with classic webinars and after closing and ignoring all of the .exe files for some users (but not all) they were then taken to the webinar in their browser that they could dial into and watch without installing anything. I can't find any consistancy for who this happens to (browsers were a mix of IE and Chrome, all on windows), has anyone experienced a similar glitch?
We'd love to run all our webinars in the browser with a dial in option but obviously need this to be consistent and predictbale!
Thanks
Stuart
