We've been getting a few attendees who tell us that they webinar goes on a 5 second audio loop. They hear the audio and then about 5 seconds in it starts over and repeats. Not sure what would cause this. No one else is experiencing it and I'm not sure what to offer the people who report this as an issue. It's obviously something we can't control at our end.

It's a screenshare video. They're all connecting via the webcast option and not phone. I asked the latest person to send more details.
@ArtyLive This 'demo', is it a video? Are you using the GoToWebinar video sharing feature, or is there any audio in this video? Do you have the same problem when connected via telephone?
What type of GoToWebinar schedule / broadcast is affected?
What are you doing when this audio cycle occurrs?
Are you connected to the audio via telephone or microphone yourself?
