I run a new test webinar and all the attendees (everybody who joins this webinar) can see my control panel. How is it possible? What's wrong with the settings? How can I prevent this?
@rvmsys Typically, this is an indication that the video driver for your computer needs to be updated. Check with the computer manufacturer.
There is an off chance that you might be using the Labs feature in GoTo and have accidentally turned on the control panel sharing feature. Here is information about that:
