GTT not sending me a verification email

I have 3 licenses associated with GTT. I am trying to log in with the email address of one of the licenses to add some courses, but it wants to verify my identity. I think it's doing this because previously I had logged in from my work laptop, and today I am logging in from my desktop at work. It says it is sending a verification email to the email address associated with that account, but it never sends one. I've tried it twice.

 

Any ideas?

@janni71  If you are not receiving the GoToTraining failed-login-emails, we can check if an address has been returning those security communications for some reason (though we prefer not to post credentials on public Community threads).

 

If you do not have access to the Training account email, you can always contact Customer Care to clear specific locations after answering account specific questions.  If you do have access to the Email inbox yourself, but are not seeing the communications arrive, either call directly into support or click on my Community name to send a private confirmation of the email spelling.
