Error When Users Try to Watch Recording

When attempting to watch a recording after registering my participants get the below message accompanied by a black screen-

The video was not found

Error Code: video_cloud_err_video _not_found

It's not all recordings but a few

Is this a known issue and how can I resolve this?

Thanks, I called support and they fixed some issues with the corrupt link. All is working now.

Hi thanks for your response, I have already rung I got a case allocated to me but that was last week so I thought I would try my luck here.

@LKivel @AIMSamKane I don't believe we have any GoToTraining recording streaming problems like this currently. If the same recordings are failing for everybody, I would suggest that you call directly into support so that we may document the variables with those recordings.

Hi,

Yes, I get the error message whenever I share the recording.

I have tried the recordings on firefox, explorer, edge, and chrome but it still comes up with the same error.

No, the videos have not been edited in any way.

@AIMSamKane Sorry, do you also receive the same error message when you attempt to click on the shre/registration link for some of the problem recordings?

Have you tested the same in alternate web browsers?

Were these recordings edited in any way?
