How do I customize the portal as in gotomeeting, with the logo of my company? and the colors? Can I have as in gotomeeting a fixed access address?

Unfortunately we cannnot provide static landing pages like in GoToMeeting, as each GoToTraining session is separated by individual registration pages. Have you checked out Catalogs yet? With Catalogs you can group scheduled trainings into a single web page, which is close to what you're asking for.
