How can it be configured so that when the participants enter the training it is silent?
@TACTICA At the bottom of the Attendee pane, click the Mute All icon. After this happens, new Attendees should be auto-muted.
When they enter training, I want their microphones to be automatically silenced.
@TACTICA You want the Attendees to hear nothing after the operator welcomes them to the training? When attendees join a GoToTraining session they are automatically connected to the audio if using Mic & Speakers (default), so if you are presenting at that time, they will imediately hear your broadcast in session.
