I am trying to get our incidents data through Power BI but am having issues with the OAuth2 authentication. Can anyone help me with this?

We have a dedicated team that works these tickets directly with individual companies.
The most recent error I have recieved is "DataSource.Error: The remote server return an HTTP status code '400'."
