I would like to ask about the functionality of the program.

 

Is anybody knowledge about if the program meets these list of criteria:

              ► Web-Based (cloud)

              ► Connect to user PC using admin accounts

              ► Stay connected when a user signs out of their PC

              ► (Capture Windows credentials for) unattended reboot

              ► Highly secure environment

              ► Terminate remote view while remaining connected to the user's environment - the hold function

              ► Log the user in and out with a different account without dropping the connection

              ► Integrations

              ► Admin/web console

              ► Instant/live chat

              ► Live diagnostics and reporting tools

              ► File transfer

              ► Multi-session Handling

              ► Reboot and reconnect

              ► Idle connect

              ► Global Language

Most of what you've listed here is possible, with the Unattended endpoint install for your clients, while only needing avalid web browser on your end.  This setup allows you to switch users and make admin changes if needed, as well as file transfer and remotely restart.

What we don't currently have developed yet are live diagnostics, but there are several reporting tools available to manage both agents and client lists.   Integrations are also somewhat limited for now, as we continue to evolve this new service functionality.
