Technical problem

I cannot log in to my account, I constantly get an error saying that CAPTCHA is not working, it just does not appear for me, but I cannot disable CAPTCHA even though I tried to change my password.
What should I do, why does not CAPCHA work for me

Since the problem began have you tested the password recovery flow in an alternate web browser?
