Unarchived Failed When clien't trying to launch G2A Corporate session from our site.

Hello,

We use GoToAssist on our help desk and we are getting client's with Mac's who are getting Unarchived Failed when they are directed to launch the GTA Opener when initiating a session. We have tested in various browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) any thoughts?

GoToAssist Corporate is exactly what we are using.

@mdloar I spread my search criteria a bit wider, and found a temporary problem like the one you described with GoToAssist Corporate. It could be related, but we thought it was isolated to that service specifically.

Hi @mdloar ,

I haven't personally experienced that myself, and we don't have it documented anywhere. However, I did find one reference to this issue on some Mac forums, where updating the gnu-tar fixed for some: http://macappstore.org/gnu-tar/
