I am new to GoToWebinar, and I had hoped my issue was just because I was new. However, now after a couple of sessions, I feel that there is an issue. When trying to use the control panel, I have to wait several seconds for the response. Even after that time, it doesn't appear the option I chose took as there is nothing to indicate the system is working. When clicking on "Start Recording" I have to wait almost 5 seconds before proceeding due to the lag time. When I click on "unmute all" it doesn't appear to unmute the attendees. I have to individually unmute them. Even when I right click on the user and unmute them, the icon still shows them as muted. I am directly connected to my router with a very fast internet connection so I should not have this latency. I don't have this problem with GoToMeeting so I feel that this is a webinar only related issue. Any help would be appreciated as it is already very frustrating, and I am now questioning whether we should have opted for GoToWebinar.
