I have multiple GTW accounts I manage and you cannot download any reports from the dashboard or save them. I called support and they told me that there is system maintenance going on and there is an outage. I had no problems with launching a webinar - it ran fine. So, I am not seeing that issue. I was told that it will be fixed by the end of the day. The last time this happened I lost data in my attendee report - three polls were missing data and the survey never launched. Support says to wait as they are aware of the problems. I usually get a system-wide outage message but not this time. Did anyone else get it?
@Webinar Chick Sorry, I'm not aware of any service disruptions currently, or even the last 24 hours. Do you have a case number that I may look up for you?
