I have a user that does not have permissions to download the opener to the computer. I vaguely remember there is a work around for this but do not recall what it is. Can someone provide direction, please?
@DaveyS If your affected participants cannot download the desktop application, then they will still be able to join the broadcast if they have an updated version of Chrome: https://support.logmeininc.com/gototraining/help/can-i-join-a-session-using-the-web-app-g2t090017
