A user of Go assist for many years is now a cluster after the purchase of LogMeIn. It stinks to use this product anymore! It takes forever to load and most of the time it takes 1-2 minutes to start. Half the time it will not even start and I have my customer waiting and looking like an idiot because I can not even get my PC to connect to your product. There say nothing changed and I would say NO to that statement. Many years of using Go To Assist every day and never any problems or any calls needed to support because it not working properly. Well that all changed ever since LogMeIn took over and now calling it RescueAssist. Yes, that a good name because someone has to recue it or fix it to work. Why would a PC with 16 GB of ram have problems connecting to its servers. Wake up and make it like it Go To Assist used be or people will bail to another product.

Since your problems began, have you called directly into Customer Support to create a case and fully document any affected environments? I am happy to investigate further if we've got this started with you...
