In my trainings I need to help the usres sometimes. Can a user give ma remote access to his PC so I can help him at his PC ? Other useres shoudl not see that similar to a real class room.
@LKivel There are remote control options available to GoToTraining Presenters, but they must be made presenter first by an Organizer of that session in order to do so.
@LKivel Have you already tested GoToTraining's Breakout functionality with those Attendees who need private instruction?
Have not tested yet but will soon.
If the trainer had the ability to have a private view with private audio this would be an excellent enhancement!
