Today, when load the my unattented client list, i found two client with name for me unknown.
DEBORAH and NATALIE.
I'm a little worried, but I think it's the system, is it happening to you too?

Are you a member of a shared GoToAssist account (multi-user)? If so, this could explain the extra Unattended names you see there. If not, you may want to double check any machines you were logged into the system from, in case your credentials are still actively being used there.
