Organiser Registration notification email sent too early

Hi. This is my first post to this forum, I am new to GoToTraining.

My courses I am running have registrations with a fee. I have noticed that I receive the registration notification email when someone completes the first registration form BEFORE they have paid and actually registered.

I cannot find a way to change this. Is it possible to change this notification email so that it only sends AFTER someone has fully registered?

Another idea is to customize the registration page itself, to include a required Yes/No question of "by completing this webform I intend to send payment through Paypal".

This is also a good idea, thanks. It's a bit inelegant - If someone chooses "No, I won't pay" is there any point them submitting the form? And if they do submit or choose Yes then go on to submit, I still get the form and have to wait for the payment.

But, it does also work as another emphasis that they have to pay to register, which is helpful in itself.

Thanks for your quick reply. I do have my PayPal emails, so I suppose I could filter the GoTo Registration one tio another folder (prelim registrations maybe).

Welcome to the Community!

I'm afraid the registration emails only trigger once the registration page completes, however you could set your Paypal account to notify you upon successful payments to that account.
