I'm working from London today and my connections are connecting very slowly and are going dead quite frequently. Not good! What's wrong?
I guess we'll never know as I'm no longer in London now.
The service was at a college/hotel and required logging in - like many hotels.
The service seemed quick enough but I've never had this experience before from Europe.
So, it was, at the least, frustrating and time-consuming.
It's been both. Hard to connect and then sessions just go dead after a rather short time and have to be restarted with the former difficulty again.

We are not seeing any service issues or any other reports of sessions timing out. Are you timing out when you try to generate a session ID or failing to connect to clients?
