Hello all
i have a Galaxy S8 plus. Im attempting to start a session on my own phone. when i attempt to start the session, when selecting yes to screen share, the app goes back the the JOIN SESSION screen with the code and my name there but will not do anything else. I did enable the ELMS. and if i click on the join session button again, it says that the code is not valid. Ive done this before but cant figure out why the screen sharing will not start. I have even sent the request to "show customer screen" from the desk top to attempt to enable the request again on the galaxy but nothing happens. anybody else have the same issue?
