Hello,
I've run over 100 webinars and this has never happened before. I gave the presenter control to a panelist and I can see the GTW control panel on her screen. It is usually invisible to attendees, but not in this case. How can we prevent the control panel to show up?
Thank you,
Daita
Hi,
I also have the same problem, we see the control panel (or even, the place where the panel should be... but not with the info of the panel) on each webinar.
I tried to go to the menu File / Labs to disable it. But I only have 3 options there: Profile pictures / Allow sharing a rectangle / Include GoToWebinar during scree sharing. I don't see the option 'Show my control panel to the attendees.
Can you help me with this? Thanks
Many thanks to both of you!
Right now there's a hidden command to do open up several other options:
There's a lot of stuff in there that is more for our documentation and troubleshooting purposes though, so it's not used very much by customers.
To enable/disable this feature, select File > Labs > Show my Control Panel to attendees during screen sharing.

Thank you, I'll let the presenter know about the video drivers.
How do you share the GTW control panel for training opurposes? I don't think I know how to do that, but it would be useful to know.
Thanks,
Hello @DS2018 ,
You should not be sharing the GoTo control panel unless that was your original intention (for training purposes). So I think it's safe to say this was not the intention, and could be related to local video drivers (updates needed) on the presenter's PC --- mostly video drivers.
