An error message appears in a recorded webinar and I'm wondering if there is a way to remove it from the video portion of the webinar.

This sounds like it will take more skill than I have!
You could download the video and open it in a video editor, like Final Cut, Premiere.
Place a black box over the error.
Export the video and upload it to GoTo.
If you do this, you will have to relink the new video to the corresponding webinar.
