I would like to know the possibility of adding multiple users to access the Goto webinar dashboard window(https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com).
This is for one account to configure in API and another account for checking the tracking the dashboard.

You can share the login email address and password of the Organizer. That's what we do, three people have the password and can all setup and run webinars as well as view the dashboard. GoTo does not recommend this.
You can contact your GoTo sales representative and add additional Organizers to your account. Then each organizer can view the dashboard using their own password. You have to pay extra to add additional Organizers to your account.
If you add a second Organizer, then you can have two webinars at the same time. If three Organizers, then you can have three webinars occurring at the same time.
I want other users to access dashboard permission of one user. How can I add that permission.
An Organizer can access your dashboard.
Most accounts have one Organizer on their account. This means that only one person (or others sharing one email address and password) can log into gotomeeting.com.
You can add an additional Organizer to your account, but this will add to your monthly/yearly fee.
Account administrators can pull Attendee Reports for past webinars,

Did you mean GoToWebinar Analytics, or the Dashboard that's inside the GoToWebinar control panel when presenting?
