Wondering why my participants cannot see the timer in GoToTraining when I select the option for them to be able to do so?
If this attendee was not using the desktop software, then they will not be seeing the Timer pop-out. By the way, this feature may be 'floating' in mid-desktop on the Attendee's side, and won't automatically be attached to the control panel itself.
Just did a test with another team member via her Windows 10 desktop. I selected the option for her to view timer and she never did see it. She was watching me as the presenter.

We would need some information about these attendees in order to replicate their experience, as well as how you are using GoToTraining at point when you share the Timer.
Are these attendees joined through a mobile app? Web browser? Desktop app, and which operating systems?
Are you screen sharing at the time, or watching another presenter share?
