Can't Make Custom Schedule

I am trying to set up a custom schedule like I have numerous times before, but it doesn't seem to be working.

When I select Custom the Date/Time picker disappears, and clicking "Add Another Session" doesn't do anything.

I can see that scheduling recurring webinars with the new interface has some issues currently, and will work to find out more...
