I needs some help with GoToAssist. We recently migrated to ATT managed services and since out network went to ATT our helpdesk is unable to connect to any of the clients. when the helpdesk send the link got GTA (GoToAssist), the download does not open. We have checked the Zscaler to see if it was blocking logmein or Gotoassist and we are not seeing anything. user has admin right on the machine. is there something i need to have ATT Whitelist or SSL bypass to allow GTA to install on the machine?

I'm terribly sorry for the frustration caused by your recent ISP change.
Have you tried running a trace route to the Remote Support address of 'egw1.express.gotoassist.com', in order to see where some stops may be timing out?
