I created a training session for my class of students. About 30 minutes prior to the session, I logged into my account on the website to launch and begin the training. When clicking "Start Training" it immediately downloaded the newest version of GoToTraining and began to launch. After waiting for a bit I get an invalid email and password error. I tried launching it several more times with the same result. The only way I could get it to launch was to launch it from a different computer.
Sorry @amatthias , that situation sounds frustrating.
Do you have any firewall / security software on the original PC that might have blocked the GoTo credentials check?
