Every time I launch it, it crashes and goes away immediately with no errors shown. I have the most recent version downloaded from your site.

Thanks for your reply, but we have already upgraded to Catalina. I would've thought LogMeIn would be participating in Public Betas in order to ensure their software is compatible with the latest releases?
In any case, we will wait patiently for the new release.

We're not yet fully compatible with the newest Mac OS, and expect to roll out updated software in the next 2 weeks. Apologies for the delay, and you may use RescueAssist (web) in the meantime.
I apologize greatly for the timing gap, and I'm expecting a new release to handle Catalina systems in the next couple weeks.
