On more than one customers's PC the screen has been unreadable. Has anyone else had this ? Is this known issue

Problem occurring on more than one desk here too.
It's like the monitor is faulty and our of sync, then leaves pixel mess everywhere.
FYI did support ticket, it was a known issue and is apparently fixed now. Really suprised that no one else of all those who read this has the same issue or put a response on here.

Now happening 100% of the time.
