LogMeIn Support asked me to start a thread so the developers would see it.
I discovered this yesterday...the first part of the cancellation email has language that can't be changed by me, states:
"Your registration has been cancelled for [webinar name] on:
[date] [time]"

When the actual email is generated and goes out to the registrant, this language is not in the email, it's the language that's in a WEBINAR cancellation email:
