Is there a character limit for the Access Code?

I tried going through the knowledgebase articles and wasn't able to see if the Access Code that users set up has any sort of character limits to it, i.e. must have one number, symbol, or upper case letter, etc. We have an employee who will be setting up a computer but isn't ready yet.

Yes, there are general password requirements such as 8 Characters in length, including both numbers and letters.

Special characters and capital letters will improve the security of an Access Code as well.

Thanks! Is there a minimum limit as well? I.e. a set amount of required characters and/or amount of numbers/uppercase/lowercase/symbols?

Hi Brian, the max number of characters for a GoToMyPC user password is 32.
