A few days ago, suddenly I can't connect with my Mac, it says OS not compatible, and have no actualizations available, what can I do? the limited connection with Safari is not useful for me!

It appears that they've discontinued support for Mac OS X 10.11 and below. I've posted another topic. If you have the old version DMG file in your Downloads folder, you can reinstall it over the top of the newer version as a workaround.
