Are you talking the logmein123.com screen or the chat window screen?
If you are talking about the logmein123.com screen, you can actually create your own login page with any design you want. Rescue gives you the HTML code that automatically inserts the appropriate login code field directly into your page.
The chat icon can also be changed in your control panel.
