Hello LogMeIn Staff,
In GoToTraining for on-demand/recorded webinars, there is currently an option to include an evaluation tool after the training, but I cannot read my attendees' responses. There are no ratings and no comments included on the Excel sheet, which contains the attendees' names.
My evaluation tool asks three questions, giving respondents a choice in answering 1 to 5, with 1 being least satisfactory and 5 being most satisfactory.
My Excel sheet provides only the attendees' names with 0% beside each attendee's name in regard to the Evaluation Report.
On the same Excel sheet, the Registrant Test Report follows, and the information is appropriately complete re: test scores beside each attendee's name.
In attempting to remedy this problem of incomplete information for the Evaluation "test", creating the "test" (evaluation) answers as either true/false, multiple-choice, or short answer isn't relevant and will not resolve the problem. Approximately a year ago, GoToTraining staff recommended creating an evaluation tool using the test format as a work-around for the problem of an absent evaluation tool for on-demand/recorded trainings, but the "work-around" isn't functional.
The evaluation tool is a requirement of the credentialing body that has approved my training for continuing education credits in my health care specialty. Prior to the above-mentioned "work-around", I sent on-demand attendees an evaluation tool via email. In those evaluations, attendees have often commented about the disjointed aspect of the evaluation tool needing to be completed via email rather than electronically, as is the case for all other online webinars in the health care industry, where the test and evaluation tool are administered after the online training (Nurse.com, RN.com, etc.). In using these other products, after submitting the test and evaluation tool, a certificate of attendance is generated, specifying the number of continuing education credits that were earned by completing the training. Elsewhere in the U.S. (outside of LogMeIn/GoToTraining), a certificate of attendance can only be generated for healthcare professionals when the training has been completed, along with the test and evaluation tool. This is an aspect of medical compliance for continuing education in the U.S. Health care professionals must obtain a specified number of continuing education hours toward license renewal, as dictated by each state licensing authority. My webinar is professional and polished until the user arrives at the evaluation tool. If the user does not complete the evaluation tool, they cannot receive the available continuing education hours for the training. In order for me to maintain medical compliance with my training, I must provide a functioning evaluation tool.
Do you have any ideas on how to create the evaluation tool so that it works as such? How has the evaluation tool been created for on-demand trainings in GoToWebinar?
