I'm having problem when starting a break-out session in my training. Sometimes the audio option doesn't turn up, in Google Chrome. No microphone button is visible and there is no sound. No question comes up asking to allow for sound. Sometimes it's OK and sometimes not. Why is it different? Can I manually switch this on in Chrome?
I expereienced the same thing yesterday. Any suggestions on what to do?
When I am the organizer, I can switch breakout groups but still hearing the first breakout group's audio... how do I switch breakout groups as an organizer to be able to hear different groups?
