Hi, I am trying to run a session. I can hear half of the people the other half seem to be in another group. I can't hear them but they can hear each other. I have asked other people in my team to run some test sessions and it seems to be an issue for all. Can you help? We have many training sessions scheduled. At present we have had to switch to google hangouts which lacks functionality for training but at least we can hear each other.
Thanks for your patience, we are still working on a fix for this issue.
I double checked. I do have the most recent Chrome version. A bunch of other trainers who are using GoToTraining in my office are having the same issue. ...meaning that they cannot jump between breakout groups. They keep being brought back to the first breakout group they joined.

Hi @Trainer1 are you using the most current version of Chrome when you enter the breakout sessions?
I think I am having the same issue... as the organizer, I cannot seem to be able to join different breakout sessions. It automatically puts me in one session and then when I close the tab and try to join another I can still hear the audio of the first session. How do I jump into different break out sessions as the organizer?
