Hello - we ran a webcast via GoToWebinar and there were a few issues that arose with attendees logging on. The main issue that arose in several of our European & Indian teams were that they had registered but when they tried to join the meeting, it said that this email was duplicated. They were clicking on the "join meeting" button on the email link received when registered. Has anyone seen these issues before and if there is a resolution?
Also, it showed that the meeting was full when we were over 600 people, but the reason we selected Webcast was due to the max amount of attendees being 3000.
