Recording Reports - Missing Info

Hi,

I believe this has been raised a number of times but I couldn't find a definitive answer (or one I understood to be perfectly honest!)

When downloading recording reports for a webinar listed on our GoToStage channel, a lot of attendees have 'None' listed under Associated Webinar.

The only way we have uploaded any of our recordings is via the 'Add to my Channel' option on Gotowebinar so why would the associated Webinar column ever be populated as 'None'? (Especially when the data comes from a recording report for that very webinar?)

Also the same attendees seem to have 'not applicable' under 'Attended the Webinar.' I matched one report up with a live webinar report and some of them did attend live - why the discrepancy?

Potentially Chris, yes.

However I've got an example here of someone who attended the live webinar then watched a recording on our GoToStage channel - both times using the same email address, yet under 'Attended webinar' it's still 'not applicable.'

What does not applicable mean in this instance?

Is it possible that people go to the webinar registration page after the end of the webinar and go straight to the recording? That would mean they did not attend the webinar.
