Hi, we have problems with the confirmation email. The attendants are registering but not receiveing the email with the instruction to join the training.
I searched all the settings in the manage menu but didn't find any flag to enable or disable this email sending function.
I registered for the same training as attendant and not receiving any confirmation email, but only the notify that someone (me, because I'm the licence owner) was registered.
I tried also to register in a training, like the "GoToTraining Basics - Live and Interactive Training" offered from the bottom of the page by LogMeIn an then I received correctly the confirmation email, so it can't be an issue of the email service, the sending address is the same.
How can I fix it?
