Well, this is a serious problem for people who run businesses for lead generation and have webinars with thousands of people tomorrow. My sponsor is demanding money back because I can't deliver the leads and other data as promised in my contract. Who can I contact to LogMeIn to file a claim for reimbursement for the money I am out of pocket at probably the worst possible time in the history of my company?
