We are finding that other solutions offer better framerate or refresh rate.Are there any adjustments to make this better in Logmein. For example using HP RGS with a VPN gives much better reresh and so a much smoother experience..

I'm afraid there is nothing on our end we can do to speed up the framerate per second delivery time.
